BANANA AND CURRANT BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

BUTTER 125 GRAMS

SUGAR 150 GRAMS

REFINED FLOUR 175 GRAMS

EGGS 2

BANANAS (SOFT) 4

BAKING POWDER 2 TSP

VANILLA ESSENCE 1/2 TSP

LEMON 1/2

SWEET SODA 1/2 TBSP

BLACK CURRANTS AS REQURIED

METHOD:
*PUT BUTTER AND SUGAR IN A BOWL. MIX THESE BY USING AN ELECTRIC BEATER.WHEN THE MIXTURE BECOMES CREAMY, ADD EGGS AND VANILLA ESSENCE. BEAT SOME MORE.
*MASH BANANA IN A SEPARATE BOWL WITH A FORK AND SQUEEZE IEMON IN IT.ADD BANANA TO THE BUTTER MIXTURE ANTD BEAT FEW SECONDS.
*PUT REFINED FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SWEET SODA IN A SEPARATE BOWL AND MIX WELL.
*GRADUALLY ADD THIS MIXTURE TO THE BUTTER MIXTURE AND WHISK WITH FORK. ADD CURRANTS IN THE BOWL AND MIX WITH SPOON.
*GREASE THE BAKING DISH WITH BUTTER AND POUR THE MIXTURE IN IT.
*PRE_HEAT THE OVEN AT 180 C AND KEEP THE BAKING DISH IN IT AT 150 C. BAKE FOR 30_40 MINUTES.
*LET IT COOL AFTER TAKING IT OUT OF THE OVEN, THEN CUT INTO PIECES AND SERVE.
