COTTAGE CHEESE AND VEVETABLES

INGREDIENTS:
COTTAGE CHEESE (CUT INTO SQUARES) 1/2 KG
SPRING ONIONS (FINELY SLICED) 2
TOMATOES (MEDIUM) 3
GREEN CHILLIES (FINELY SLICED) 2
GARLIC (CRUSHED) 1 TSP
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
OIL 1 TBSP
METHOD:
* HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND ADD SPRING ONIONS. FRY FOR A FEW SECONDS AND THEN ADD GARLIC.
*WHEN IT GIVES OFF AROMA, ADD COTTAGE CHEESE, SALT AND PEPPER.
* STIR CAREFULLY SO AS NOT TO BREAK THE CUBES.
* AFTER A MINUTE ADD TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILLIES.
* STIR AND AND LET IT SIMMER FOR 2 MINUTES.
*TAKE OUT IN A DISH AND SERVE.
* DO NOT OVER - COOK THE COTTAGE CHEESE, OTHERWISE THEY WILL HARDEN.
