CHINESE FRIED FISH

INGREDIENTS:
FISH FILLET 4
GINGER (GRATED) 1/2 TBSP
SYA SAUCE 2 TBSP
EGG WHITES 2
COURN FLOUR 1/2 CUP
SALT TO TASTE
OIL FOR FRYING
METHOD:
*APPLY GINGER, SOYA SAUCE AND SALT ON FISH FILLET AND LEAVE IT FOR AN HOUR.
*BEAT EGG WHITES IN A BOWL.
*COVER THE FISH FILLET WITH CORNFLOUR AND DIP THE PIECES UN EGG WHITE.
*HEAT OIL IN FRYING PAN AND FRY FISH FILLET UNTIL THEY TURN GOLDEN.
*TASTY CHINESE FRIED FISH IS READY.
