INGREDIENTS:
MILK 3 KG
SUGAR 200 GRAM
CARDAMON POWDRE 1/2 TSP
RICE (POWDERED) 1/2 CUP
CONDENSED MILK 1/2 CAN
SCREWPINE FEW DROPS
STERLING SILVER LEAVES FOR GARNISHING
ALMONDS & PISTACHIOS (FINELY SLICED) FOR GARNISHING
METHOD:
*BOIL MILK IN A POT AND COOK IT TILL IT CHANGES COLOUR.
*ADD RICE AND COOK; KEEP STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY OTHERWISE IT WILL FORM LUMPS.
*ADD CARDAMAN POWDER AND SUGAR TO THE MILK.
*WHEN IT STARTS GETTING THICK, ADD CONDENSED MILK AND SCREWPINE.
*TAKE FIRNI OUT IN EARTHEN BOWLS AND COOL.
*GARNISH WITH PISTACHIOS AND ALMONDS BEFORE SERVING.
